Renaissance festivals have become popular throughout the United States.
Each August through October since 1977, the Maryland Renaissance Festival has re-created a 16th-century English Tudor village in the era of William Shakespeare, Edmund Spenser, Thomas More, and Henry VIII.
The village, built on the grounds of the Anne Arundel Fairgrounds attracts an average of 14,700 visitors each day.

After the ride to the Harriet Tubman visitor's center:

"Kristina at Rommel H-D" reached out to the "Delmarva H.O.G. Chapter", with information regarding a gentleman with cancer. Unfortunately he is not doing well. He loved riding which was his lifelong passion. His niece reached out asking if someone could arrange a ride to travel past her uncle's home. I reached out to her and we will plan to ride by once we leave the visitor's center.

Please join us on this ride and help to brighten this gentleman's day. We will then continue to "Rommel Harley Davidson" in Salisbury to join in on the events for "Joey Hill".
